RETURNS & REFUNDS

We really hope you will be over the moon with your purchase. If you are not we can accept returns or exchanges as long as the item you wish to return is in the condition it arrived in.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations but please contact us if you have a problem.

Refunds

Please contact us at bearfoxmoon@outlook.com to arrange a return within 7 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned within 28 days of you receiving the goods for the refund to be processed. A full refund will be issued once the item has been received back with us via the original payment method. Return postage is at the cost of the buyer.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange the item for a different item please contact us at bearfoxmoon@outlook.com to arrange an exchange within 7 days or receiving your goods. Items must be returned within 28 days of you receiving the goods for the exchange to be processed. Return postage and postage for the exchanged item is at the cost of the buyer.

Damaged items:

If an item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item please contact us at bearfoxmoon@outlook.com so we can put the issue right.

Personalised items:

We cannot accept returns on items that have been personalised unless they are defective, damaged or a mistake has been made by us. Please double check all details submitted are correct to avoid any mistakes.

Exemptions for hygiene reasons

Due to the nature of reusable baby wipes and bibs we are unable to accept returns on these items.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
